How do i gain muscle?

without useing weights.. struggle with them pushups??

Well the best way to gain muscle is by lifting weights. Try to use lighter weights, and build up from there. The same with push ups. Keep trying to do them through out the day.

Sit ups are good for building stomach muscles.

Running, jogging, and swimming are good for a variety of muscles mainly legs. Swimming will be the best because it works out all muscles.

Pushup's will help with your chest and triceps. but you will need to weight train if you want to bulk up and gain muscle.
your going to have to do some sort of workout whether its lifting weights or running or whatever. One thing to keep in mind is make sure u dont work out EVERY day. work out every other day because when u workout your ripping your muscles.. then u need time for those ripped muscles to build tissue..if u workout everyday ur jsut gonna keep ripping them and get nowhere..also try nano vapor muscletech formula from GNC.. it actually works
