That is a huge weight loss goal in three months and probably will not be easy or even possible to accomplish, but you can certainly get a good start on it. Eat small meals but not within 4 hours of sleep.
I hate to sound like a commercial, but I joined LA weight loss and have lost 40 since march. Just don't let them talk you into buying a bunch of extra stuff that you don't really need. The bars are good, but you can get them cheaper on ebay. Just buy the basic plan and follow it and the weight will fall off. If you lose all of it by your goal time you get half of your money back! You cannot safely lose that much weight in that amount of time. That's 5 pounds per week. And even if you did manage to do it, you'd gain it back.
I do agree that it is a HUGE amount in a VERY short period of time. Atkins is a pretty fast remedy but once stopped it does come back on that is for sure!
That is a lot ... but you asked for it

1/ More water, less sweetened drinks and cut out alcohol (it gets tougher)
2/ Excersize. For weight loss, I like:-
- Wading laps at a pool (water resistance makes it harder while not giving impact stress like jogging . also, you are more determined to look better in your bathing suit)
- Treadmill or cycle in front of TV . if TV is part of your rutine, make it work for you
3/ Vegetables, Fruit, lean meat ... any treats should be 99% Fat Free
4/ Trainer. For that amount of weight loss, you may want to have help. Near me, swimming pools also have gyms with trainers available for short periods (weeks, not a year)
