Building more muscle?

Question:
I have reached all the muscle gains I think I can get. Example: Dumbell curls 4 sets 25lbs for 10 reps, then 30lbs for 8 reps, and 35lb for 6 reps, then 4th set 40lbs for 4 reps.

someone told me to do more weight with 3 sets, How much weight should I do and how many reps from my example. Is there any other way to put on more muscle...help please..

Answers:
if you want more muscle gain.. 2 days a week in ur curls do a burnout..

that is going 25lbs 10 reps. then 20lbs for 10 reps and on through 5.. not stopping

then after 4 weeks of this go on to 4 more weeks of 5 rep and doing as much weight as u can in each set (4 sets total)
for biceps your wasting your time do such low reps. dont go under 12-15 reps for biceps. they are a small muscle you have to work them that way. heres is a workout that will get your arms growing. do 3 sets of 12-15 reps for each. do the exercises in order. only do this once a week. if you dont give them time to rest they will never grow.
1. barbell curls (wide grip. a little past shoulder width)
2. seated dumbell curls
3. reverse grip barbell curls
4. hammer curls
yeah3heavy sets will do it but heavy to where by the last rep in the set is near impossible
