How many calories do I need a day and how many should come from fat?

Also how many do I need to work off to lose weight?

Answers:
there should be about a 5-10% of fat and it should all be unsaturated and healthy fat

take in 2000+ GOOD calories a day
well it kind of depends how tall you are. but the lowest intake you can eat is 1200 but if you were like 6 foot 5 or some thing you would need more. but i am not sure about fat because there is like sat. fat, trans fat, and then fat from calories sorry i sort of helped
you need to give more info before i could suggest how many calories. you should be taking in 20% fat 40% carbs 40%protein.
