Losing Weight?!?

Is there a 100% Garauntee exersise and diet plan (NOT any kind of pill) that will help me lose 10 pounds?! I know the world can't do miracles, but as soon as possible to lose 10 pounds will be SUPER helpful. And im 15 and 5'6''.

Well there is no 100% guarantee but I have lost 20lbs in 2 weeks and I can tell you what I am doing plus some helpful tips.
I recommend using Fitday.com to calculate how many caloiries you burn in your normal lifestyle and to log food you are eating each day. This way you can figure out how many calories you burn over what you eat. and 3500 calories=1 lb
So in mathematical terms Bob eats 1200 calories, bob is 5' 10" 235 lbs and works doing mainly seated activity. Doing this activity he burns 3000 a day. on top of that he has started to weight lift 3 times a week for 1 hour. He burns 500 calories per session. Soooo add his exercise up and it = 1500 calories per week, his daily activity adds up to 21,000 calories per week. Add those to figures together to get 22,500 calories per week burned. Then figure out how many calories he ate this week, 1200x7=8400.. Then subtract total consumed calories from total burned... 8400-22,500= -14,100 calories. Then divide this figure by the amount of calories in a lb. -14,100/3500=-4.0. This means Bob lost 4.00 this week and he gained lean muscle. Secondly I recommend hitting the road, this plan works WONDERS http://www.coolrunning.com/engine/2/2_3/... If you decide to do that then you might always like to add some other aerobic activities like swimming and biking to make your workout 1 hour... they used to say 30min 3 days a week was enough but now they say 1 hour to maintain 1.5 hours to lose. However, 1 hour should work if you put your mind to it. If you really are serious about losing the weight hit the gym, specifically the weightlifting area. Get someone to teach you how to do various workouts and find a good woman's weightlifting plan on the net. Weightlifting is one of the best exercises for losing weight because it burns 500 calories an hour and it simultaneously coverts fat into lean muscle.
Other tips:
1.) Drink lots of ice cold water, this can burn up to 2000 extra calories a week and suppresses appetite.
2.) Get some sun, suppresses appetite
3.) Get plenty of dietary fiber from your food, suppresses appetite.
