I work out 2 hours a hours of daylight and devour great food for yesteryear 2 weeks and i enjoy singular lost 3 lbs?


I dont get it, i do 1 hour of cardio and 1 hour of strengh training for times past 2 weeks and i have singular lost 3 pounds what is going on? Iam so ready to hand over up, what else can i do, limit my carbs? Do more cardio? what??
