1. At rest
2. After light Excercise (Like jogging 200m.).
3. After heavy Excercise (like ruinning 400m.).

Answers:
Generally, an adult's pulse rate range's between 60-100 beats a minute. Anything under 60 is typically considered "bradycardic", and a rate above 100 is "tachycardic".

A Child (1 to 8 years old)is around 100 beats a minute, though can vary, and an infant is 100-120 beats a minute. Newborns and neonates can be as high as 140 or more.

and in heath department children above 8yrs are considered as adult.
At rest would be between 60 and 100 beats per minute for the majority of the pop. Some people are normal above and below. For the exercise...The heart rate depends on how efficient the heart is and how in shape the person is. Heart rate also depends on level of hydration, pain level, meds taken, general health, and weather conditions. There is a target heart rate to get to for maximum fat burning...
at rest 80 - 100
light exercse 90-110
heavy 110-140
