I am guessing 2 to 3 pounds a week on the safe sde
You can figure 2 lbs. a week. Of course you will lose weight faster in the beginning, mostly water weight. As you get to losing 10, 15, 20 lbs never lose more than 2 lbs. a week.
I am so glad you are not only making a good recovery from your car accident, but trying to lose weight and exercise, as well. Good for you.

Just wanted to let you know that I personally have had great weight loss results (30 pounds in the first 8 weeks, and continuing to lose both weight and inches) from Herbalife nutritional products. My energy level has also increased tremendously and, overall, I feel much healthier. I am only now getting ready to start an exercise program.

If you are interested in checking these products out, you can visit www.rNutrition.net for free samples (there is a small S/H charge of $8.95), but it's well worth it. Just an idea.

Best of luck to you! You are an inspiration!.
