Need help to lose the flab on my stomach!?

Question:
I need a excircise for my abs. I don't want to go to the gym! so i need a excircise to lose the fat on my abs!

Answers:
cardio is the only way to lose weight on and to flatten, your tummy
This may seem like a odd responce but the excersize is excersize itself.

The above answer is spam. (from the other guy)
do curl-ups. its working for me!
do core exercises! like crunches just keep you core
(abs tight) and lunges but keep you core tight as well. the trick is to remember to always keep everything tight when you are doing any ab workout
Running or fast-walking. Sit-ups won't work until you get rid of the flab - by running or fast-walking.
Well, I've been working out consistently for a while now, and I recently purchased a body ball. (Walmart 10 bucks) and I can't believe the difference in my abs already! Not only is it more comfortable because of the rounding in my spine, and by taking pressure off my neck but it also allows for a way larger range in your crunch which gives quicker results. I'm thrilled with this tool, and find that because it's so much more comfortable for the rest of my body I can do nearly 3 times more crunches. Also, just practice your balance (standing with one foot up resting on the inside of your opposite leg) this causes your core to engage, and it strengthens and improves balance and posture. Good Luck!
I know where you are coming from. I used to have a flabby stomach. I think this will help:

It helped me a lot. You cannot lose the fat on your abs by just doing ab exercises. If you visit the website you'll see what I am saying.
Good luck!!
