i just read this yesterday ,one should never exceed 300 mg of caffiene a day,you will have to look at your particular brand and see how many milligrams of caffiene you get in a cup,you seem rich so no doubt buy the good stuff loaded with caffiene,your poor brother he is lucky to use the grinds tossed in someones trash so he will get watered down coffee less caffiene but more flies= more protien.

no coffee is healthy due to caffine, but 1-2 cups of de caff a day would prob be ok. but really it also depends on your health i.e blood pressue weight etc, maybe speakin to the doc ?
