How Can I lose Weight?

I want to lose 10 or more pounds in three months

and how can I maintain it
im 14
5 feet 7 inches
my weight is 128

if you 14 and weigh 128 you should really try and lose only 5 pounds because that is a lot more health then 10 but if you want lose the weight it is important to cut back the sweets like candy soda cake and junk food. try eating smaller meals and working out more, because key to losing weight is burning more calories then you eat. running and stair climbing are good exercises to try. also eat a good amount of fruits and try drinking vitamin water it has vitamin in it thats good for losing weight but i just cant spell it. im pretty sure that you look great the way you are so dont go over board with this.
First of all, find out your BMI (body mass index) so you know whether your weight is actually healthy or not. You can google it, it's easy. If you are a tad overweight, try biking or running, and get outside more. Try your best to keep to a routine and soon enough your weight will drop.
You are so young this should be very easy for you. Stop eating cake, bread, cereal, soda, and everything else that is fat food. Start eating grapes, oranges, whole grains, wheat bread, and do some exercises. Exercise for at least two hours every other day. You will see the pounds start to drop off after a few days. Make sure you get enough rest. NO COOKIES> make sure you delete those cookies.
Exercise and healthy foods. Stay away from sugars and fried foods.
