Okay this summer I told myself I'd lose some weight, because im not a fat person, but i feel fatter then everyone else sometimes. Im 13, 5 feet, five inches and a half, and, gulp, 122 pounds. i really want to look thin when school starts, which is on august 29th. i know the obvious way to lose chubbiness is diet and exercise, but is there any other ways i can look lighter on the first day of school, and is my weight healthy for my height?

try walking and running 1-2 hours a day and doing lots of sit-ups and push ups you are not fat you are at a normal weight for your age and height DONT WORRY!
