I eat way too much; how can i cut down on the amounts?

ive been eating so much lately, and its really hard to cut down on how much i eat. but i want to ghajdsh. how can i motivate me to stop eating alot?

well this should help
before you eat drink a glass of water, then in the middle of your meal drink some more water, then when you are finished with your meal drink another glass of water. this will help you feel more full.

also eat your food slower, take smaller bites and chew it good. this will trick your mind and it will feel more full

Eat foods high in fiber and protein because it will make you full really fast and for a long time as well as drinking water and lots of it even if you're not thirsty. Usually when you're hungry its a sign that you're just dehydrated so drink plenty of water. If you go out, try eating only half of what you ordered and tell the waiter/waitress to put the other half in a bag.
I don't understand the word ghajdsh. One thing you can do is eat smaller meals less often. It will allow your stomach to shrink and you won't feel as hungry.

wow. well maybe this over eating will pass. if not, and you're gaining a significant amount of weight, you might want to see your doctor and see why you're suddenly over eating. the more you eat, the more you should excercise. it'll balance out and no weight would be gained or lost.
You could also use smaller bowls and plates and fill it up. It'll be like you had a large serving.. but it would be a smaller serving compared the bigger plates and bowls you use.
DRink plenty of water before each meal and eat very slow, aslo use portion control, I count or weight everything before I put it in my plate and never serve more. if you are really hunry after an hour or 2 eat a small snack, something like a fruit or allbran cookie, something smalll and healthy.
