How much weight do you think you will lose if you only those 90 caloire Speical K bars for lunch,and dinner everyday and only drink water and vitamin water?

I am 5'5 and weigh 135 I am also 28 and have had 3 kids. Also, I don't know what your eating habits are, but it certainly wouldn't hurt for me to tell you that portion is everything. Instead of eating a whole candy bar, eat half of one, hell, eat HALF of everything you eat and you will never have a weight problem.Drink 8 - 10 glasses of water a day, green tea is very good for your body as an antioxidant and help subtly speed up the metabolism. Salads (without fatty dressings and cheese) are very good for you, chicken is the king of meat in my opinion, as long as you don't fry it. Avoid fast food entirely, and walk anywhere you can as often as possible and buy a 10 minute tae bo dvd on ebay. Drink diet sodas and juices (aka - cherry coke zero, sobe lean, crystal light, etc.) avoid sugar, switch to the 100 calorie snack packs, including popcorn. Eat apples, they are very filling! Cheese is an unecessary evil as well, so is milk, if you have to have it, drink the fat free kind. 100 calorie popcorn is a great snack. Eat turkey lunchmeat instead of a whole sandwich, etc. Eating is necessary, over eating is not. I also have a meal shake in place of a meal, I find it incredibly helpful at 3:00 in the afternoon.
don't starve yourself, wieght isn't as important as most people think, probably not a lot though, depends for how long.
don't know but its not too good just to eat that you need a variety of stuff like vegies etc. and if you start starving then the next thing you eat will instantly turn to fat because your body needs it

Try just eating fresh fruits and vegetables for a few days and see what happens.
You could probably loose quite a bit really fast. possibly a pound every day or two. but be careful, your body may think its starving and when you go off this you will gain back all you lost plus some.
You might lose a few pounds, but when you go back to normal eating you will gain it back plus a few more.

Just eat a healthy diet, limit your sweets, stop drinking soda, limit processed foods.

Go for a walk, work out on the tread mill, take a pilates or yoga class.

Stay away from fad/crash diets, they mess up your metabolism, just eat right.
althogh the water is good your body will make you feel bad if you starve it you just need to eat smarter not somuch eating less
If you are olny eating those your metabolism will crash and go into starvation mode...not to mention those little buggers get expensive after awhile...just eat healthy and get plenty of exercise!
Umm prolly alot. depends on how long you go on it for. theres some special k diet thing that makes you lose weight you can go to there site and see what it is but umm if you really wanna loose weight try SOup. :)
alot of weight, but that isn't healthy and you'll probably get sick from it. If your trying to lose weight its best to eat an actual meal just dont have a lot of fat in your meal, eat a lot of vegetables and fruits. stay away from snack foods like chips and stuff like that. just eat healthy and exercise and you'll lose weight. also stop drinking caffiene and you'll lose a lot of weight. it worked for me, i lost 15 lbs just by not drinking soda anymore.
instead of eating that stuff you should eat vegtables fruit and if you feel you need to loose wieght then vitamin water and 90 calorie packs are somethin you should stay away from cuz there is soooo much sugar in it. instead of that you should try Zone Perfect bars and crystal light. my friend drank that and ate zoe perfect and it held over her hunger and she did that for 9 days and lost 15 lbs
DONT STARVE YOURSLEF THOUGH
It's not just a matter of what you eat that helps you lose weight. Sure you'll get healthy and lose a little, but people need to learn that you need to have a good diet AND exercise. America is so fudged up. There's no "Magic" pill or just eating one food and starving yourself to lose wieght

you'd gain as much weight as you lost and even more.. you should east 1200 calories a day MINIMUM otherwise you're starving yourself and that will wreak havoc on your metabolism

umm idk. if you do that your not getting proper nutrition so your pretty much screwwing yourself. you will loose more weight eating lots of veggies, fruits, protein, fresh fruit smoothies, sweet potatoes (which are one of the healthiest foods) and stuff like that. not to mention you wont be hungry, so your body will be able to burn fat more efficiently. and drink tonsssss of water all day long. i hope you take my advice, good luck !
you would be doing your body a disservice to eat like that. it could affect your health. a doctor told me once if someone wanted to lose weight they should drink a glass of milk before a meal or to gain weight drink a glass of milk after a meal. makes sense to me but i have never tried it.
I believe you would eventually die. If you are trying to loose wieght, then the best way is to eat smaller portions and often as possible with less carbs and meat and more fruit and vegetables. Throw in some light exercise and you will loose about 5 pounds for every 2 weeks. Also be sure to take multi vitamins because if you don't eat a variety of food every day then you aren't getting the right nutrients.
dnt starve urself. its not good then u'll have stamch problemz... that would be 180 calories a day u would looose A LOT of weight.
you can prob lose 5-10lbs in 1 week. but just know that if you start eating like the next week. you'll gain double the amount of you lost
Well, at first you may lose a couple of pounds. Then...none. You will be starving your body. It needs the nutrients from other foods in order to keep running efficiently. If all you eat are those bars, your body is going to hold on to all of the calories you do eat, because it thinks you aren't feeding it enough and doesn't know when it's going to be fed again. Once you start eating normally again you'll gain back the weight you lost.

So, the short answer is, probably none.
Are you trying to die?? You will drop some weight at first but then your body will go into starvation mode and the wt. loss will slow way down. This is SO NOT THE WAY to diet. You need to eat healthy lean protein, fruits, veggies and at least 6 glasses of water each day. And exercise. You are talking about eating only 270 calories a da (You need at least 1000 calories per day and that is the very minimus, 1200 is better). If you really are considering this you need to get counseling. You are on your way to a severe eating disorder. GET HELP! You didn't gain the wt. in a few days and you can't lose it that way either. The only way to lose wt. and KEEP it off is with an entire lifestyle change. Please ask for help. Join Wt. Watchers, Jenny Craig, or any other reasonable wt. loss plan.
You want to eat 180 calories a day, and drink just water and Vitamin water--which is a joke the vitamin water.You would lose enough weight quickly to wake up in a Hospital. Losing weight is about portion control. It includes starch(Potato,Noodle Etc), Vegetables, Meat (chicken and fish is important) And drinking plenty-at least 8glasses of 8ozs of water a day, Good Luck
you ain't going to lose a pound
for one, switching your diet fast like that usually shows no results for the fact your body will start over compinsating for the lack of food by storing every thing you eat. i know my mother had to switch her diest because of artery problems and had to switch to a diet of no saturated fats basiclly, such as the soy milk most ppl think is nasty. but i tried it and its not as good as real milk but still good for you. and she has a very active physical life. and i don't mean working out
she works on the house and tends the flowers or yard and for the past year she has been trying to sell her house which has kept her real active. but like doctors say active life and a healthy diet is what works best.
Average woman needs 1500 cal. a day to stay healthy. Try exercise.
If you eat less than 1200 calories a day your body will attack and destroy muscle mass before attacking fat cells. If you continue eating 180 calories over a long period of time, I presume you'd appear anorexic.
