u no any way he could loose tummy fat?
if u do plz respond

Answers:
Count calories. 1200-1500 calories per day is a typical number of calories for those on a diet to lose weight.
He needs to exercise
He needs to exercise. Cardio 4 - 5 times a week for no less than 30 minutes a day. Eat more fruits earlier in the day as they contain a lot of sugar. He should drink a lot of water and not drink soda. Reduce his food portions ... a popular misconception is that "Since I am a vegetarian I can eat as much as I want" ... which is not the case! No doubt that if the follows these simple steps he will loose the tummy fat
Only way he will lose his tummy fat is to do cardio exercise. Exercise that gets this heart pumping.
he's going to have to exercise either cardio or lifting. Pick him up some soy protein powder also to help maintain and build muscle. There is no way to just lose tummy fat. Fat is fat and when it comes off it comes off it doesn't come off in one are but all areas int small amounts.
A big problem most vegetarians have is they turn to cheese and bread. Tell him to watch his intake on those.
It may be the stuff he puts on the veggies thats causing the problem. are the Veggie's steamed, roasted or fried?
