Hi, im 14 and need some help!?


Question:
i do martial arts so i do workout alot
i need to gain weight as im realy skinny
im 5,10 but like8 stone, does any1 hav any tips on gaining pounds on a good diet

if i skip and run will that decrease my chance of getting more wieght

i need a strict diet

running makes for a leaner muscle. you need to begin lifting weights to gain body mass.
I do a lot of Martial Arts. Northern Shaolin Temple Styles, Togei Kure Ryu Ninpo, Wu Shu Ru, Wing Chung, Hung Gar, Choy Li Fut, Goppu Jutsu, Jita Jitsu, Akibudo, Akido, Akijutsu, Hapkido, Muy Thai, Kendo, Iado, and a few others. Yet I am still at 250 pounds. Almost 20 Stone Weight.

The key to weight control is mathematical. It's amount of building blocks put in versus amount of fuel being burnt off. To lose weight, one increases exersize and decreases amount of food intake. to gain weight one simply does the opposite. Increases food intake and decreases exersize. While we do not live in a perfect world, the concept is still the same. Toy around with the concept, Since you do not want to decrease exersize you have to increase food intake.
