You don't mention the weight or height you're at right now so how is anyone to know the 20 lbs. you want to lose is a good thing?
Eating is a good thing--we all need it to survive and if we gain a pound or two or twenty, who cares.
You need to remember to be or become comfortable with yourself. Whether we are men or women we are not perfect in build/shape or size and that doesn't even go to our emotional issues.
Love who you are and find your own happiness. We don't have to look like models--that's unreal. Find who you are.
The best advice I ever received in life was this--Know where you've been, Know who you are and Know where you want to be in life.

You messed up metabolism by becoming anorexic, so it's going to be slower than normal.
Build muscle -I think every pound of muscle burns 40 extra calories, or something.
Eat LOTS of protein, it will make the body loose fat and gain muscle.
sounds like a mental problem rather than a weight problem to me. your beautiful as you are. you need to be comfortable how you are. if you loose more weight, your family will flip out. staty the same, and just tone up. inches count more rather than pounds!
Don't try lto ose 20 lbs before school starts, that is bad for your health. You said you eat a lot, and you want to lose weight but don't know how. You answered your own question. Eat less. Don't eat the whole box of Twinkies, just have one Twinkie. Don't eat seven hamburgers at McDonalds, just eat two. Eat whatever you want, just eat less of it. If you eat the amount of three normal people, you will be the size of three people. Get the picture?
you need to reward yourself when you lose a bit of weight,but I'm thinking your perseption of yourself is what is not healthy. you should go back to your doctor for an assessment because you are probably ok weight wise . only weigh yourself once a week and get the doctor to send you to a dietician to see exactly what you are eating. keep a food journal everyday so you have a record to take with you. above all be honest!
try pilates, it will work wonders, also swimming to take some of the impact off of your knees
