You need to eat healthy food to loose weight..if you starve yourself then your body shuts down and starts to save fat to survive...eventually your body will start to consume itself ie muscle and tissue..you want to loose weight not loose your life.
eat lots of vegtables drink water cut out all soda and sugars from your diet, limit your bad carbs and eat only good ones like whole wheat breads and pastas and rice.
eat 6 small meals a day to cut cravings
Do you have a death wish?! There is no healthy and/or legal way to do what you speak of. And your plan is a great way to end up in the hospital. That being said, if you want to lose weight, do it the safe healthy way. Eat healthy, get plenty of sleep, drink plenty of water, exercise regularly. You'll lose the weight but it won't be by the end of the month.
im triying the same thing u have 2 have a lot of will power,
eat 4 meals a day breakfast, lunch and dinner, dont eat after 6, run 4 35 minutes then do 100 sit ups
