Answers:
20 lbs. ok ?
no one can give you a definite answer on how much you're going to lose by sticking to this diet. the weight loss would be dependant on your body's metabolism, how many calories you're burning during the day compared to how many you're taking in. the best thing to do is form healthy eating and exercise habits that last throughout your life. that'll help you lose any weight you need to lose and it'll give you a long healthy life.
It all depends on your metabolism. Don't expect fast results just by changing what you eat. You have to exercise too. Trust me I know. If you stick to a somewhat healthy diet and you exercise for about a half hour a day, you can expect to drop a a few pounds with in the first 1-3 weeks. Remember to be persistent though.
We need to know the calories in the yogurts and how much watermelon and celery you eat. But overall, If you eat less than 2,000 calories you will loose weight because 2,000 calories is the amount you need to eat to be on a regular "diet".
Hope I could help!
This is a hard question,
are you going to exercises,
there is no way anyone can give you a straight answer on this question all they can do is guess,
so my answer is yes you could lose some weight on this diet how much weight is up to how long you stay on the diet and how much exercise you do also.
Good Luck
you won't lose anything, to lose weight you have to burn calories too not just eat a little bit of them, if you run a few miles that day it will strenghten your ab's and you will burn calories and lose about a pound or 2 (your abs will only get stronger if you stand up straight while running) also rember if you do this everyday you'll lose quite a bit
OK, first, eat 6 small meals a day. Its not what youre eating, but, spread it out more, eat when you are hungry, instead of at planned meal times. EXCERSIZE! THAT IS KEY! AT LEAST get your heart rate up for 15 minutes a day, 5 days per week, walking, running, lap swimming, whatever ... you have to get up and work out ... if you do this, you will lose about 5 to 7 lbs a month, which is the healthy, permanent way to get fit and healthy. Any other way is asking to gain it back and be heavy again. GOOD LUCK!
1 lb is 3500 calories, so you have to expend that much more than you take in to lose one lb. You can do that by reducing your calorie intake and/or increasing your exercise.

If you cut your calorie intake too much your body will go into what's called "starvation mode" and will actually fight to hold ON to what it has, so it won't burn as much.

if you're eating about what you say above, it's about 1000 calories per day - which is a bit low, most drs do not suggest eating under 1200 per day. It can be done but you'll probably be hungry :) so you might consider adding a handful of nuts (the fat will help you feel full and keep you full longer, and give you an energy boost, AND they're full of healthy fats and will be about 150- 200 calories) during the day.

I am just about your height and weight and calorie-count.com (excellent site) says that I burn about 1800 calories per day (you can go and calculate your basic metabolism)

To make a long story short, if you burn 1800 cals per day just doing your normal life, and you're eating 1200 cals per day, you have a deficit of 600 cals per day, you'll lose about 1.25 lbs per week (600 cals x 7 days = 4200 cals) . Safe & healthy weight loss that you will actually keep off shouldn't be faster than 2 lbs a week. You may lose more the first couple weeks b/c you are also not retaining as much water.

Also, drinking a lot of water will keep you from retaining water - I know that sounds silly but it's the truth.

Good luck with your weight loss - I lost 25 lbs this year (slowwly) and am keeping it off - email me if you want any other help or info.
