How do i loose weight...i eat a lot of chocolate and stuff but what can i add to that to make it healty?

combing healthy food in addition to unhealthy food isn't healthy at all. You're just adding extra calories. Healthy foods help you lose weight, because they have fats that are good for you or they have less calories. Not because they have magical components that make you lose weight.
If I were you, I'd stop eating chocolate or just eat it in moderation. I would also try to eat more fruits, vegetables, and lean meats.
Just try to stay away from the sweets and snacks. Try to lower your intake moderatley don't just all of a suddent try to go "cold turkey" (a.k.a drop all the sweets at once), but if you want to lose weight then, just eat healthy and excersize. That may not be the answer you want to hear, but that is how it works there is no way around it, you HAVE to excersize diet moderation is not enough, they work together.
Losing fat involves getting the proper nutrients while minimizing the empty calories. Adding healthy foods to junk food will not cancel out the empty calories in the junk food.

i have that same prob what i do is i drink alot of water, i mean alot it makes me full and then when i am hungry i go for real food(i try healthy) :)

Losing weight is done by burning more calories than you consume. You could eat anything you wanted as long as you burned all of that back off plus some in the same day. Eating healthy just makes it easier on yourself.
I eat quite a bit of chocolates too, but I stick to dark chocolates because of the high cocoa content and reduced sugar. But chocolates are still fat foods, and the calories still add up.
I don't take junk and fast food anymore, after I read about the chemicals and colourings.
And being on low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein and a hour brisk walk 5 times a week helps.
I have lost 31lbs and gain better health. I am now maintaining my 108lbs for more than a year.
