How much am i suppose to weigh?

i'm 13, 5'1...and i weigh 72
I KNOW i am WAYY under weight...
how much more pounds am i suppose to gain to be average?can u send me a chart or something?
are there any specific foods that can help me gain faster?

someone asked this before. I havent seen a chart for age, what size clothes do you wear? i know ther are scales at grocery stores and sometimes the mall near the bathroom that has a chart. 71 lbs is really tiny. i know alot of carbs/starch help gain weight- wheat- pasta, bread, etc. But maybe you should get a physicians/pediatricians advice on how much weight you should gain, if you need to.

Like 100-105, You are really underweight. Try to eat alittle more, ok.
for ur height u should weigh 99-128 lbs
and some of my guy friends who always try to gain weight for sports normally eat a pb&j sandwich before bed to gain some weight
You must like a skeleton and probably dont even have to dress up for halloween how the hell did u get so skinny?!! Are you anorexic? To gain weight just eat very fattening foods like ice cream and fried foods like chicken. lucky u
u should gain bout 30 lbs
you should weigh around 105 - 110 pounds. at 5 feet, you should weigh 100 pounds and then for every inch you are over 5 feet, you add 5 pounds. so you should weigh around 105 pounds. try eating greater quantities of food at each meal. make sure you dirnk lots of milk to help your muscle mass. good luck and hang in there! I used to have that problem at your age!
