Whats better to help yourself to creatine or protein?


i am 13 and trying to bulid muscle i am not fat but skinny i own creatine and protein i have be taking protein for a week and a half in a minute but some people read out creatine is better which sould i take or could i help yourself to them both and when should i take it?

am i anorectic?
