It's about 380 calories, and entirely from carbs and fats.
If I were you, I'd add some real chicken, or tuna, or any kind of protein you can find just to balance it out.

no. this is all processed which even though it says there is no fat, there is still fat. if its something like pot noodle then its processed FULL OF FAT
this isnt healthy at ALL! try cooking up an egg or 2. or open a can of tuna. ramen noodles have no nutrition whatsoever.

Not really healthy, no, but you can stick in some real chicken and frozen peas in with the noodles, it's a little better.
there not that bad to eat but it really doesn't make people fat (not that I'm calling you fat) but you should have yogurt strawberry kind mmm so good and sometimes i look at the nutrition side just in case!!
It wouldnt be so bad but it also has a ton of sodium, i say once in a while though!
It's fine for a little while like a week or so.
