You can dance (dieting isn't the only way to lose weight). I have a radio in my room and I dance everyday to maintain my weight. Crank up your favorite toons and dance around your room! You don't need to go to a instructor to dance just dance in your house. For me it's a fun way to keep your weight healthy. Hope this helped :-)
You can lose a lot of weight fairly fast by simply controlling your calorie intake and increasing your exercise.

I work out 5 or 6 times per week, 30 minutes to an hour each day. I take in less calories than I burn on most weeks so this translates into weight loss.

I don't know what you consider fast. If you stop eating as much red meat and pork as possible. Stop eating junk foods that contain extra salt or sugar. Stop drinking sodas(regular contains about 12 teaspoons of sugar and diet contains no sugar, just chemicals that screw up your internal system, such as your liver). Eat more fresh organic vegetables and fruits. Drink organic fruit juices and 6 to 8 bottles of pure water every day. Walk. Walk at least two miles after work or school. At the end of thirty days you will find that you have lost up to thirty pounds and that the rest has turned into toned muscle. You will have more energy, more stamina, more vitality and more mental acuity than you can remember ever having. Do this for the rest of your life. By the time you are well past middle age people will be asking you how you got your skin so smooth and what other anti-aging stuff you are taking. Do this for your life!

I would go on a low-carb diet. Like no white bread, 7 grains or whole weat instead. And as a snack no junk food, I 'd try sugar free jello it's a free food. Water and no sodas.
