It all depends on what time of day you weighed yourself, if you had just eaten, what you were wearing at the time. IF you've been working out like that everyday, it could be muscle too.
Dont weigh yourself every day. I try to limit it to once aweek, but some people say even that's excessive. Dont measure your weightloss by pounds lost or your actual weight. Measure it by how you look and feel. And try to keep binging under control. Dont deprive yourself of anything, just keep everything in moderation. Im sure if you were to weigh yourself again, you'll be much closer to 143 than you were before.

dont keep thinking and worrying about it, just dont do it again.. and get back on track. dont put yourself down over it!
its probably all water
don't trust your scale :-). you might have lots of water in your body system, so probably it's not really 3 lbs that you gained!
Don't worry about it. I know it seems a lot right now but you also have to take into consideration of muscle mass as well. Muscle weights a lot more than fat.
