Is it ok to eat dinner around 7pm and then work out??


Question:
I usually go to the gym around 9pm 4-5 days a week and do an hour or an hour and a half of cardio and weights...Is it ok for me to eat dinner around 7pm or 8pm instead of eating around 6pm??

Eating before you workout is fine. Just make sure you wait at least 60-90 minutes after you eat to hit the gym

As long has it has Protein and carbs to give you energy while you are working out. and stay away for sugars, they will slow you down and cause cramps. and drink water or Gatorade with your meal.
Absolutely! I usually eat 1-1.5 hours before working out to give me energy/fuel for exercise. Also, it might be a good idea to have a small snack with protein after your workout to promote muscle repair and since your metabolism will be revved up. I usually eat a bit more, but since you'll be done so late- maybe something small will help your muscles rebuild before your next workout.
