18 weeks to lose 15 pounds?

Question:
i've heard losing weight to fast is unhealthy. but i've got 18 weeks, and i wanna lose 15 pounds. i can't normally stick to diets, b/c i've never really had a set goal. but i just need to know what to eat, and what not. (i understand basics of "no junk, sugar, or soda".) and my family isn't exactly big on veggies. and i wouldnt dare asking them to buy more b/c they dont think i should lose weight (btw, i'm 140 lbs) so what can i eat to help lose weight?

Answers:
A pound a week isn't too fast. It's just about right.

How you can get your family to eat better is tricky though. Maybe you should tackle it from the "good for your heart" angle rather than mentioning the "diet" word. Five portions of fruit or veg a day is considered healthy, why not start there and see how you go.
Don't eat foods with the word hydrogenated anywhere in the ingredients list, hydrogenated oils are bad for you and eat alot of fiber, also don't skip breakfast,
basics - excercise like walking 1hr or so a day and plenty of water during the day.
cut out all the rubbish food and you should loose weight easy enough.
good luck
if you really want to lose your weight don't worry.exercise daily with some hard workouts, drink fresh jucies.if you want more details view the website.. you will really reach your goal :)
