What can I expect by going on this diet?


Question:
Tons of fresh fruit, salads with chives and extra-virgin olive oil, and raw egg yolk (no egg white). Brazil, hazelnuts, and walnuts. 5 meals a day. Water and pure squeezed juice only. Nothing more.

I have a normal BMI. Is the diet lacking?

You have a normal BMI nd that is what you are going to eat?? Why?!? You will enjoy that diet for about half a day. You need protein, carbs, some variety!
A little bit of everything is the key to weight loss.
Why restrict your intake of the great tasting foods when you can eat them in moderation.
You may start to crave the food you are denying yourself and end up eating more.
Little and often and in moderation.
For the most part, if you find these ingredients tasty, you'd be fine. Seems the main lack is in carbs. To heck w/the diet books, we all need a few carbs for satiation.
