Cutting out one particular thing will only make you overeat another type of food. Cut out all your fats and you will overeat carbohydrates. Eat too much protien and you will pack on the pounds. (Atkins diet focuses on ketosis- should you eat ONE tiny carbohydrate, you will gain in explosion)
Cut down your carbohydrates (breads, pasta, white rice) and add more leaves (lettuce, spinach, cabbage) to your daily food intake. Put protien intoeach meal (amount is size of your palm on hand or 8oz glass of milk) Eat veggies- they create enzymes in your body when digested and helps burn fat.
Also, chew food until it is almost liquid in your mouth...promise this makes you thin and healthy.

sweets, fried foods, just choose oatmeal and cheerios instead of a pop tart. turkey sandwich instead of a hamburger. chicken breast instead of fried chicken, stuff like that. a very small amount of chocolate is good for you but only like one minuature bar of dark chocolate a day.
