The best way for a 13 year old boy to gain weight?

I'm 13 years old and I've been trying to gain 10 pounds for the last three months. I weigh 121 pounds and I'm 5'7.

I'm 17 and my metabolism is high too. Best thing i did to myself was to just forget about it and enjoyed my light weight.

Trust me, that way i gained 2-3 lbs.by just relaxing, AND sleeping 10 hours a day...

y are u trying to gain weight because u are growing and u need to try to stay a consistent weight especially with obesity in the country.


but if you don't listen to me then you just eat and eat eat EAT and sit on the couch play computer, don't do any thing exept eat
