Working out question?


Question:
I've been going to the gym for 2 months now and I apparenly gained 5 punds. But with that I've noticed my legs slimmer and my
chest sternum is protruding outwards. My work out is 30mins rowing and then 30mins treadmill on cardio function 4-5days a week. Is the extra weight muscle? I want to lose weight and not gain muscle. Which of the machines are great for that?

Answers:
Any machine can be good for it, however the key point is what your heart level is at.
There is a zone (Varies per age / sex / height / weight) that is much better for fat loss, and then the zone above that is much better for cardio.

You may find that your heart rate is too high, in which case you need to go slower while rowing, or decrease the resistance.
