Pilates?

Question:
should i do pilates everyday or every other day. i was thinking maybe full pilates one day than just like the half an hour ab targeted pilates the next day that way it isn't not doing anything?...or should i just do it everyday or every other?

Answers:
i am in cross country for our highschool and we usually do stuff like that everyday. So I would say do it every day. If it isnt good to do it every day our coach wouldnt make us do it every day.
The first 2 weeks I did the basic 20 minute work out every other day, then after the two weeks i did it once a day. after about a month or 2, if u still want to continue, and if u want better results, you could step it up to 2 times a day (for the basic 20 minute work out) I ended up adding in the buns and thighs dvd every other day. So after week 2 i did the basic 20 minute workout once a day. Followed by the buns and thighs every other day.

I did Pilates for 6 months and I felt so good and lost like 10 lbs. It also helps make you more flexible. and it's fun too.

For the basic 20 minute DVD, right when it starts to hurt, and it gets to the point where u feel like your leg is gonna fall off...they switch to a different exercise with a different part of the body, so its really nice! I love it! So I suggest that if it starts to hurt and you want to stop, keep going because it will be over before you know it. and the results are amazing!
