Eating out everyday?
Question:
Answers:
Not only is it bad for your health, it is bad for your pocketbook. Restaurant servings are typically 2-3 times the recommended amounts of calories and fat. Thus if you eat out 2 times a day and eat breakfast at home you are eating the equivalent of 5-7 meals a day. Unless you exercise 8 hours a day, you can expect to gain lots of weight and have lots of health problems.high blood pressure, diabetes, to name a few.
Try quick meals like Healthy Choice/Weight watchers or Lean Cuisine frozen dinners. They aren't that bad and much more appropriate serving sizes. You don't have to cook full meals at home, simply find easy to make or right off the shelf/counter items like fresh fruits.
well it depends on what you eat when you go out. i work in a restaurant (chilis) and i dont eat the food there at all. i try to only eat out only once a week. even if you get salads when you eat out its still pretty bad for you. the average salad at a restaurant is almost 1000 calories. unless its like a side salad. since you dont cook at home or have the time, have you ever thought about getting those lean cuisines? they arent that bad. but i think that if you eat out 2 times a day every day it will eventually catch up with you. just my opinion.
yes it's very bad, and next thing you know you will be morbidly obese with no money in the bank !
