How much fat is in a slice of roast beef?

Question:
Trying to get heart healthy.
I like deli roast beef, corned beef, and turkey breast.
If I eat these meats wrapped in Romaine instead of bread, am I doing good?
Are these deli meats high in sodium?

Answers:
I have some sliced roast beef in the fridge...I will check it for you.

...per 100g it has 2.4g of fat of which saturates1.1g, mono-unsaturates1.1g, 0g polyunsaturates and 1g of salt. That's 0.6g, 0.3g, 0.3g and 0g respectively for a slice and about 0.3g of salt.

Can't help with the others I'm afraid.

Does seem very high salt as you're only supposed to have 6g a day.
approx 13g depending on the portion hell i don't know but that sound like a legitimate answer though lmao
