Answers:
There is no "best" exercise program. The "best" thing to do is to just start exercising 5 time per week, 30 minutes to an hour each day.
I do cardio workouts 3 times per day and strength training the other two. This has done wonders to tone me up and helped me to lose those last few stubborn pounds.
