Carbs store a lot of fat in your abdomen area. Switch from White bread to wheat. Cut off sodas and drink a lot of water! Water is very good for you. Cut of sweets, fried foods, white breads... ( I know it's hard being a teen and all) DO NOT EAT anything after 6pm. If you are I would say eat some fruit. Try and eat a fresh garden salad ( no dressing) with everything you eat. and switch from regular milk to low-fat or skim milk. This may seem a little hard but if you really want it then TRUST me it will work! I did it and dropped 60lbs in 5mths. Eat more white meat (fish, chicken) then read meats. When I ate out, I would eat just a burger NO FRIES. Two or One slice of pizza with Salad. It takes will and want to do this. but trust me it will work... Walk for at least an hour a day. Join a dance team or do a sport at school.
hhmmm...that's tricky...Slim Fast? Puverty? Exercise always?
