Ok so I have 3 weeks to get in shape. Im not overweight but have recently gained a few pounds.?

In 3 weeks I wanna be back in shape, toned, and swimsuit ready, I know I can do it because ive done it before, wondering if anyone has any tips or diet/work out strategies to follow? im kinda sick of doing the same thing so looking for new alternatives, thanks! Would like to drop 10-15 pounds if possible...

Do a wrokout like swimming or treadmill for 45 min. each day.
i suggest doing different types of cardio, like running, swimming, aerobics, biking, even dancing. you should also try yoga and/or pilates to become firm all around. for the diet, drink A LOT of water and eat a lot of fruits and veggies. try getting in a serving or two of lean meat, like turkey or veal. dont go for red meat, as it has a lot of saturated fat, which will help you gain weight fast. hope this helps.

Eat cleaner as the day goes on. Eat your breads (wheat or whole grain) in the morning and as you get closer to lunch, snack on fruit. Eat a clean lunch (chicken/beef/salad/wheat pasta/fish/veggies) and be sure to keep the portions small except for the veggies. Snack again mid day and for dinner eat as clean as you can...no cheating:-) Then do not eat after dinner. Of course, don't forget to exercise.
