What happens when you only eat fruits for a month?
Question:
Answers:
Yeah, you'll get skinnier. But you'll have a hell of a time getting yourself to feel full, so you'll probably need to supplement the fruit with protein-rich foods.
In fact, this is why an all-fruit diet is inadvisable... somewhere along the way your body will rebel and send you on a binge of high-protein (and probably high-fat) foods. This could wipe out your weight loss.
A balanced diet might not give you such drastic, immediate results, but the results will be longer lasting.
you are what you eat...
you gots to do what ya gots to do , right?
Fruits only will not supply you with all the vitamins and mineral you need. They also won't give you adequate calories for proper growth. You're going to want to have something besides just fruit, even though fruit is good for you.
Fruit lacks protein as well, and without protein, your muscle will weaken.
Eating more fruit when transitioning into a healthy diet is always smart, but not to eat ONLY fruit. Eat vegetables, carb and protein sources as well. Don't eat fewer than 1800 calories for proper growth.
Yes, you will get skinnier because the lack of fat intake probably. But you will most likely be hungry a lot, making you eat more fruits. Since you are eating so many there is a possibility that you may gain weight from all the carbohydrate intake from the natural sugars.
A side effect I am sure is that you will have to take a lot of craps from all the fibers.
