What's a good excercise that I should practice without ANY equipment?

Question:
What's a good exercise that I should practice without any bells or weights or training machines? (*Does not apply to normal household items*)

I'm 15, 5'6 1/2. 120 pounds.

I'm not a huge fan of vegetables, but I eat it if it's on my plate. I don't drink milk much either.

No abs, not much of powerful legs (9 min miles...)
Nothing exceeding an hour and a half a day etc... no excessive stuff.

Answers:
walking at a fast pace, jog, run, jumping jacks, push ups, crunches, sit ups, lunges, dance to fast music, look up isometirc exercises.

for exercises with minimal equipment, jump rope, use soup cans or soda bottles while doing some reps for your arms
Go for a run. Go for a BRISK walk (I don't mean a stroll---put your butt into it!).

Both are cheap and fabulous exercise.

Walking or running.

Plain old calisthenics. Or if you want to get exotic Tai Chia.

They all work.
Walking sounds best for you. 1/2 hour a day.
You can also do sit-ups in your living room or wherever to establish those abs, and basic squats or lunges are good for the thighs and rear-end.
jogging
squats
lunges
lateral steps
push-ups
dips
crunches
torso twists
