How do you maintain a diet?

Question:
i'm 16 yrs old, 114 or so and I kno I'm fairly skinny but I can't stop eating like crappy food and I'm afraid it'll catch up with me one day. I usually can eat a lot without gaining weight but I just want to know how to stop. it's easier said than done, i've been trying to avoid snacks but I can't lol.. any tips?

Answers:
In your situation a few things will help for sure:

*drink water, this makes you feel more full and avoid sugary snacks

*have a snack once or twice a week so you dont hate your diet. no need to be a food nazi. (but dont eat it more than twice a week or else theres no point)

The reason you can eat a lot without gaining weight is b/c of your age and metabolism is burning. You want to treat your body good or else it could completely backfire on you and send you into obesity.
I am also of your case. I make too many plans to reduce my weight. Sometime tried fasting also. But finally I got it. Determination to win and to become slim is more important than any other thing. If you are determined in you mind and firm on commitment, then read below for good tips.
