Is This Too Much to Eat for a Day?

Breakfast:
1/2 of a piece of barbeque chicken & cheese quesidilla [like a v shaped large piece about 3 inches on top and goes skinny]
1 glass of milk
1/2 of a mini3muskateers bar

Lunch:
2 chicken tenders
2 french fries
1/2 small piece of fried fish

Dinner:
1/3 of an oven pizza [so about 400 calories]
1 small piece of fried fish
1 medium green apple

Snacks:
1.5 thin pieces of cinnamon & apple pie
a few local sour cream & onion chips
1 SMMALL plum

yes it is. You shouldn't eat so much fried food, try steamed vegetables and grilled lean meats. I'd cut down on bread and cheese.
too much fried foods and sweets try eating more veggies fruits and lean meats.
This is a terrible diet. Whether your thin or overweight this is not a balanced diet that you should continue. Too much fried foods and junk food.
