nope. your fine. if your 5'3"-5'6". otherwise you could lose or gain 5-10 pounds.
Depends on your height, but chances are you're fine. Don't try any crash diet or anything, because teens need 1800 calories minimum to help with proper growth.

Combine an 1800 calorie diet with some running every other day and you should lose a few pounds.
What is your height? that the only way I or anyone else can tell. But you actually don't sound overweight to me. If you do wanna lose some pounds though it is a good idea to eat all your fruits, veggies, fiber, and protien. You can also dance, walk, and run to help raise your heart rate and burn extra calories. All this will help you win over a healthy body! Hope I helped!
well I'm 12 and I weigh 86 so I don't know but if you feel insecure just surround your self with friends who don't care what you weigh!!
just cut down on how much you eat during meals, drink lots of water through out the day, stay away from pop, candy and junk food. don't try any fad diets or you'll gain it all back and more! just loose until you feel comfortable with yourself and throw the scale away!
Well, If you're tall, then you are fine at 138 pounds. If youre short, then ya, you are over weight.

MY ADVICE:
Don't overeat
and DO exercise.

Overeating can be a habit, and can cause you to gain more weight. Eat healthy foods and pass more frequently on junk food and soda.
Drink diet soda, don't eat candy a lot, and don't pig out on sweets. Drink water when you're thirsty instead of soda or chocolate milk.

Enroll in sports. If you find yourself sitting on the couch, just go on a jog, or jump on the tramp. ANYTHING's better than not moving!

:)

Hope this helps!
To successfully lose weight, you must carry out
a plan to balance your caloric intake with exercise.
Ideally, dieting should be done by eating a nutritionally
balanced, low-calorie diet and increasing physical activity.
