Does anybody know a recipe for a homemade colon cleanse? I have heard of water, cayenne, maple syrup. HELP!?

Baking soda, Liquid Drano, Cap'n Crunch (with Crunchberries), 2 tsp of cinnamon. Mix well for that fresh feeling.
Tabasco sauce will loosen you up..
help, what? You don't need a colon cleanse. Sounds like someone talked you into doing the unnecessary. People out there are continually finding new ways to make money. And, you don't need that ugly bacteria hanging around in your home either.
