I need to lose ATLEAST 15 pounds in a month! I'm 5'4 and 130 pounds. HELP!!?

Question:
I NEED to lose ATLEAST 15 pounds (I'd prefer 20 or 25) in a month!!!! It is a serious NEED!

I'm on a strict diet and excersize thing right now.
(fruits, veggies, yogurt, vegetarian meat, ocassional single slice of toast, with atleast 2 hours a day of biking, walking, and aerobics, eating about 600-700 calories a day. low cal-low fat-low carb-low sugar)

I've been doing this for a week now and have lost practically nothing! Maybe a half a pound!

Please not that I'm not interested in a "healthy" look. I'm going for a size 0 or 1.

And don't tell me to put down the magazines.
Skinny girls have no influence over this.
1: I'm happier being a 0 or 1
2: I'm naturally a 0 or 1
3: I have a strange body build, so that is the only thing that looks good on me (seriously, I look like I weigh more than I do)

So can somebody just please help me?
What can I do to get this weight off!!!!!

Answers:
If you are eating 600 - 700 calories a day and exercising 2 - 3 hours a day your body will shut down and hold on to everything it can.

It's just a fact...sometimes your body knows where you should be better than you do.

Learning to eat well and exercise is the only solution to long-term weight loss. We offer the following tips to help you lose weight to look better, feel better, and live a healthier life. Check out http://use-weightloss.blogspot.com/... for all info regarding weight loss.
I am 5'5'' and 140lbs and wear a zero. The reason you're not loosing weight is b/c your body is trying to stay within it's healthy range. The best advice I can give you is to eat LOTS of lean protein and veggies. Read the South Beach Diet book. it's not a diet it's a lifestyle. I swear by that book. Fruits have a lot of sugar in them so make sure to eat a lot of veggies too. 2hrs of working out is too much. You should do looking at about an hour of cardio and add 3 days of weight training to your schedule. Building lean muscle will help. You might weigh more with muscle and it may be a reason that you are not loosing wegiht- you're gaining muscle. However, you will still be loosing weight. If you folllow what I tol you then you'll be loosing weight heathfully instead of what you think you should do. It is not possible to loose as much weight as you are right now. To loose one lb of body fat you need to get rid of 3500 calories. The best you can do is usuallly 2lb a week.
You are doing way too much cardio/aerobics. When you do this much you don't burn fat you burn muscle. When you burn muscle your body burns less calories a day when you are not working out (the other 22 hours a day).

Your body is most likely storing every bit of fat it can because you are not eating enough. Having a caloric intake that low (lower than 800 calories a day) can cause your heart to be stressed out. That is not good.

I suggest 30 minutes a day interval cardio, biking or running. This will burn more calories throughout the day than 2 hours of aerobics by not burning away the muscle, then do weight training to build muscle (this will also burn more calories during the day.

Good Luck!
