Will this diet work?


Question:
okay so i do NOT drink soda.
i am a girl
17 years old
177 pounds
5 foot 6 inches
i do not what to keep gaining weight the way i am so this is the diet i have come up with
morning
one fried egg
one piece of toast
no butter
LUNCH
some fruit
DINNER
whatever there is but with portions
drinking only water and unsweetened tea all day
excercise by walking outside with son
then crunches and pushups on my free time
will that even work
and if so
how much will i lose in about a 3 months time

im like u that what i eat i dont eat much i have a daughter and i go walking with her and i lost believe it or not 20 pounds in 2 months if u keep doing this then good for u coz i know this will work ive been there done that now im up to my last 10 pounds keep going dont listen to anyone who says u have to eat more.when u feel hungry eat .i dont believe in that stupid 6 small meals a day just eat when ur hungry and lots of water(water flushes the fat)and ur good to go.good luck.ur on ur way to success.
probably about 15 pounds or so and dont have the egg fried have it boiled
if you trade that fried egg for 6 egg whites fried with olive or flaxseed oil it will be better. (the yolk has too much cholesterol)
try eating smaller throuout the day.
this is the hardest part of being healthy, not the exersice but the diet.

try this:
6 am:
6 eggwhites
cup of oatmeal cooked with nonfat milk
slice of wholewehat toast

9 am:
a large fruit
a cup of lowfat yogurt

12 noon:
half pound of grilled chicken breats skinless and boneless
cup of rice
cup of asparragus
cup of coffee(if your gonna exercise that day)

3am:
can of tuna with tomato onion. no mayo
large piece of fruit

6 pm:
8 oz steak with some veggies

9 pm:
cup of bran cereal with nonfat milk


i know its very hard to set up a menu like this everysingle day but as soon as you do it for one day, and the next one, it'll be a piece of cake. youll get used to this hard chore.

The way is to eat small through out the day so you dont over eat and dont feel tired throughout the day, that way you will have more energy to work out and do other important things in life
It sounds like it will work! I'd say you'll lose about 24 pounds in three months. I think you could even splurge one day every week, and still lose 15-20 pounds. Just be sure to stay hydrated, ok?
