Answers:
You are not fat. The best range to lose weight in is 1 to 2.5 lbs a week. This will allow your body to accustom itself to the loss and the skin to regain its prestretched stage. Losing weight too quickly will cause the skin of abdomen, chest and inner thighs to sag, possibly dramatically. I don’t personally believe in any of the fad diets that keep showing up. I think that they put your body into an unhealthy famine mode which will cause you to gain the fat right back if you start to eat normally again. The best idea is to eliminate all junk food. You can do a cheat day if you need to but don’t go overboard. Eat balanced meals of reasonable size. Overeating will cause your stomach to be too large and you will still feel hungry when you’re not. Also have lots of healthy snacks during the day. Ideally you’ll want to eat 5 or 6 small meals throughout the day. Carry food with you so you aren’t tempted to eat unhealthily when you’re out of the house. And don’t buy unhealthy foods. Get foods that are low in bad fats—we do need fat to survive but not saturated fat. Minimize the processed flours and sugars, no white bread, no sugar. Choose leaner meats and protein sources. Don’t expect to eat pizza and burritos all the time and lose weight. And eat tons of vegetables. Eat salads, steamed vegetables and raw vegetables too. You can’t eat so much celery that you’ll get fat. Don’t eat too much fruit or things containing high fructose corn syrup. The reason is that fructose is hard on the liver because it can only be metabolized there. You can eat fruit during or after a workout. Don’t eat late at night because your body will turn it into fat. Eat a smaller amount of calories than needed to maintain your weight. You have burn more than you intake. Always exercise. Cardio especially, but weights are good too. Don’t give up. You’ll be glad you chose to lose the weight.
thats ridiculous. you arent fat. goto google and check your bmi. thats your body mass index.
That is not fat and only eating that amount of calories could cause you to gain weight. I think you should try to firm up what you have and remain around the same weight!! Try pilates along with cardio!!
Um... you aren't fat... I think you're even underweight! Average weight for 5'3 - 5'4 is 120 pounds-ish and you, my friend, are 5'7 which... is 3 - 4 inches taller. An average weight for you is a little more, Im pretty sure. Don't worry!!
Omg! trust me, 134 is not fat
has your doctor told you to lose weight? because thats the only way to know if you are overweight. or go to www.seventeen.com and go to health; then to bmi calculator. that helps
700 calories is not healthy, to get fat off, just stick to healthy stuff (like fruits, veggies, lean meats, etc.) and stay off super carby, fattening stuff
hope this helped :]
ok, you're NOT fat... get over yourself and have a realistic body image. eating 700 calories a day is NOT healthy. grow up.
What age are you, cause that matters a lot. If you are under the age of 18, you can be somewhat concerned with weight, but sometimes your body will go through changes as you develop. I was chuncky at 13 and lost it all by 15, without doing much to change my diet at all.
If you are well over that, if you are 18 or in your 20's, then what you can do is just cut some sugars out of your diet and go for morning walks. If you are "fat", you are right on the cusp and don't need much work at all to loose a few.
Actually, I'm confused, cause according to my body mass index I'm not overweight and I'm fine, and I'm 5'0" and 128 lbs. Seriously, the first thing I would not do is freak out. And, if you are on that 18 and getting older cusp, just realize the body retains more fat as you get older. It's part of life.
I am not sure where you got the idea that you are "FAT". According to your weight and height, you BMI (Body mass index) is 20, which doesn't make you fat at all.
Over weight range begins from BMI 25 and over.
Also to answer your second question, no 700 calories/day is not a good number. If you are looking to consume healthy calories, the best choice would be anywhere from 1550-1650 kcalories/day. Remember, CALORIES is NOT considered as FAT. Calories is ENERGY.
Hope this helps
YOU ARE NOT OVERWEIGHT!!!!!! you are average. and 700 calories per day is very VERY UNHEALTHY! IT IS A STARVATION DIET!!! in other words its an eating disorder called anorexia.. anything under 900 calories per day is a starvation diet.. a good amount of calories per day if you are trying to lose weight or if you just want a healthy day is 1400 or 1500 calorie diet....
heres a day on a 1400 calorie diet....
breakfast-300 for a quarter cup of oatmealand an activia yogurt
lunch- 250-300 salad with cheese, coldcuts, and a low cal, low fat dressing of choice
snack-400 for a fruit smoothie
dinner-400 for pasta with a little cheese, a little low cal, low fat butter, and chicken
hope this helps! : ) im 12 and this is how many calories i have been eating since i was young and i am a healthy weight for my height 112 for 5'3"
also if you do 100 crunches a day you will get a flat stomach in a few weeks!!!!
