Im trying to keep a journal of my meals. everything i eat is calculated at the end of the day into calories, fat, fiber, protien.etc etc. It is easy to do will packaged because of the nutrition content on the back. but what about when i eat an apple. IS THERE A WEBSITE I CAN GO TO, TO GET NUTRITION INFO. ABOUT FOODS WITH NO LABLE?

They offer a free service where you can create your own meals and log them along with exercise, water and other weight loss items. It's quite good and once you're set up, you can access your log anywhere.
