I ate too much in the morning, should i just starve for the rest of the day?

I had a total binge in the morning...around 1500 calories..should i just starve for the rest of the day? I don't have time to exercise it off...so what should i do? would not eating for the rest of the day..(it's 3 pm now) affect my metabolism?

no dear! if u eat a lot in breakfast or lunch, u dont need to starve youself the whole day! no time to workout then do on the spot marching for 5min. then deep breath for 5 min. then stretch you whole body for 5 mins. then finish it off with min of on the spot walking. then you are done. do this at 5:30 pm. you should have soups at dinner every night. before 7pm. not after that.
Anyone can find da time to exercise cause I am deployed and I am still required to do exercises everyday.

But to answer ya question I would just eat light for da rest of da day. Fruits or a Salad.
