Which works better?

Question:
I weigh about 138 lbs. And I"m 5'6. And I was wondering about how much weight I Iose in my weekly 24 hr. water fast?

And which helps lose weight faster, resting during my fast and letting all of my vital force remove the toxins? Or exerciseing during a fast?

Answers:
You're at a perfectly normal weight for your height--if you don't believe me, google a height/weight chart. If you fast like that, you will actually make your weight go up in the long run and have a lifelong weight problem. That *is* how people become morbidly obese, it's called yo-yo dieting.

Diets are for *real* overweight people. If you feel unhealthy, try engaging in a mind-body type of exercise like yoga, interpretive dance, or walking in the fresh air. I don't know where in the country you are, but it's August! It's beautiful out! Go grab a friend and enjoy the great outdoors together!
not to discourage you or anything but from personal experience if u do a water fast OF course ull loose a pound or two.. BUT once u start eating u gain it right back.. and u cant eat nothing forever or u'll be anorexic/dead and miserable
i reccomend instead, eating grilled chicken, fruits veggies, low fat yogurt...etc. and plenty of water
and plus the weight ull loose on the water fast isnt even noticable to others.. or yourself..
You should exercise and a strict diet like that is not good for a body. You can really hurt yourself by drinking too much water.
Good Luck! Consult your doctor.
exercise is the ultimate method
