You are not going to lose that much actual weight in that short a period of time. People who lose 6 lbs in a week are losing mostly water, not true weight loss. You have to burn 3500 calories to lose one pound. That isn't going to be possible unless you're consuming close to 5000 calories per day, in which case you would be way more than 15 lbs overweight. Your best bet would be to eat healthily, drink lots of water, get lots of rest, and exercise daily. You'll look refreshed and healthy. And maybe invest in a new swimsuit that is more flattering.

That's "lose" (loose is what you want your pants to be when the lbs are gone) and anything over 4 lbs in a week, is pretty much guaranteed to come right back.
If you want to be fit, then work on that all the time..don't wait for some event or party and decide a month or a week ahead of time that you want to reach some unrealistic goal (not just you, MANY people do this).
Eat right, 4 - 6 small (healthy) meals a day...this will keep your metabolism running higher and burning more fat calories.
Drink lots of water...make it your primary beverage.
Exercise at least 5 days a week, at least 1 hr a day. Cardio for weight loss, and some strength training to firm the muscles (more muscles = faster metabolism).

There is NO HEALTHY WAY to do this. It's dangerous.
Someone before me said 1-2 pounds per week, and they are absolutely right. Any more than this is dangerous, and won't be permanent.
What's wrong with a size 7? Most guys hate stick insect size 0's anyway. Most women would kill to be a size 7.

Eat something first thing in the morning to boost your metabolism and snack throughout the day. Don't starve yourself but don't eat every time you're hungry.
And exercise. Tons of cardio. Try the treadmill, elliptical machines and the tread climbers at the gym. You won't lose 8 pounds but you'll see a noticable difference if you diet and work out everyday until then.

You could stop eating and drinking anything and go get some exercise instead of 'playing' on the Internet.
But-after 7-8 days of that you would too ill to go do anything anyway.
well their are good ways and bad ways to drop weight. you can cut it off i would recommend it though. you could also do like anorexia people do and just throw up so you never actually eat anything. you could stop eating or what not. also more unhealthy ways that i wouldn't recommend. oh and you do drugs like anything that will increase your energy make you hyper and you could probably drop weight till your heart explodes. or just gives out which ever comes first. or you could go about it the healthy way and hard work and exercise. eat rite and exercise hard. one without the other is useless. i would also recommend using a vitamin supplement of some sort and a little bit of energy booster. exercise hard and eat less than you burn you want to burn your fat so you have to burn your food and your fat that's why its so hard to drop weight because your use to burning what you eat and apparently you didn't do all of that. but anyway you shouldn't worry about your body so much as long as your healthy i would think that's whats important. and also you could be 300lbs or something like that and that looks bad. i don't think your size is that bad. anyway i would recommend hard work. and try to look at your body differently disliking the way it is is one thing change it. but don't hate your body or anything because of the way it is. look at it as a challenge instead of a failure. also I'm not going to tell you beauty is skin deep. but you should respect and appreciate your body i think because if you don't who else will?
